How I Increased LINE Subscribers by 125%
Using Educational CRM Content
““Great marketing isn’t about shouting the loudest —
it’s about understanding people, solving real problems, and creating value that lasts.”“
Introduction
In today’s competitive digital world, building long-term customer relationships takes more than just paid ads. While many brands focus heavily on performance marketing, a well-crafted CRM strategy can unlock powerful, sustained growth. In this post, I’ll share how I led a campaign at one of Thailand’s largest banks that resulted in a 125% increase in LINE subscribers—using only CRM and organic content.
Understanding the Challenge:
The bank wanted to grow its LINE BC (broadcast channel) subscribers significantly—without relying solely on paid media. The challenge? Most users were unaware of the platform’s value. I saw this as a chance to educate, inspire, and convert.
From data-driven campaigns to cross-platform storytelling, digital marketing allows me to combine creativity with strategy — and that’s exactly the direction I want my career to go. As businesses demand more personalization, real-time responsiveness, and meaningful messaging, digital marketing will continue to be the key to future success.
My Strategy
Execution
I developed a communication plan that focused on three key themes:
- Educational Content: Explain key LINE KBank Live features in simple language.
- Inspiring Stories: Share real use cases to connect emotionally.
- Benefit-Focused Messaging: Highlight exclusive content, financial tools, and rewards available only to LINE subscribers.
I collaborated with the content and design teams to roll out a series of carousel posts, infographics, and short videos across owned media channels. These were supported by in-app notifications and email flows that reinforced key messages.
Key Takeaways:
When you shift focus from pushing products to building value, people respond. This campaign proved that CRM isn’t just about retention—it’s a powerful tool for growth when paired with meaningful communication.
